Luckily, ive heard word of the MoD doing away with the velcro and making a new version of the uniform with more buttons.

The US don't use tropic multicam, and DPM is shite. MTP blends in nicely when cammed up and mucky.

Desantos123 UK MTP stands for Multi Terrain Pattern. It was specifically designed to allow one uniform for multiple environments. It isn't the best for the jungle (temperate DPM was better) or desert (desert DPM was better), but if is a usable all rounder. Everything turns mud coloured after about 2 days in Belize anyway.

It's called MTP (Multi Terrain Pattern) and it was based off multicam. (If you wear multicam kit with your MTP kit you can't tell really) It was developed so that soldiers didn't have to have two separate uniforms. In Afghanistan soldiers would be wearing Desert DPM and then they'd wonder into a wooded area and they'd stick out like a saw thumb. Changing in the field isn't tactical. So a 1 fits all pattern was needed.

Britain never respects other countries lands ...the colonial era has ended...Belize was never treated like a colony but more a place where the British brought slaves to work...Belize has a dark history full of slavery and torture, a injustice that Guatemala never had...Slavery never existed in Guatemala...

@nuff said you should probably know something about Guatemala, this country is the only country in Latin America that defeated their Communist guerrilla. The other countries in that region either made peace with them or where taken over by them just like Cuba... Another thing to consider , Guatemalas military is very oiled in jungle warfare....Another thing is that Guatemala has many allies , if they go to war against a first world country , other countries in the region will help and other countries far away as well , countries that invested heavily in Guatemala just like Israel, Spain and Taiwan...as well the whole central American countries and Mexico... Mexico hates invasions specially from European nation's in lands that don't belong to them, they have no business in the America's.....Belize to me is a stupid country , they know very well that their ancestors where slaves and their masters where the Brits... They have no sense of independence ...But at least 60% of Belize belongs to Guatemala ...They have the land property documents that prove it...That's why if Britain messes with Guatemala ,they will be looked like the villains in this scenario...

Wtf are you talking about? The British usually train in the Worst environments and can survive it and our military force is one of the Greatest Forces IN THE WORLD. We even played a major role in World war 2 against the German Nazis. You can't deny that. Our British troops are more skilled than Guatemala's that's for sure *and our weapons are very advanced because we actually have the money to invest in better military equipment.* We can easily make every Guatemalan soldier disappear out the map. Do you really think other Central American countries and Mexico will invest their time in Helping such a sad nation like Guatemala? *El Salvador and Honduras have A LOT MORE problems to be dealing with rather than focusing on Guatemala's problems. The Mexicans haven't forgotten that. 3. Guatemalan president was complaining to the United Nations that Mexico was going to Invade their country which was a completely stupid lie. 4. Guatemala did absolutely nothing to stop illegal immigration from Central America into Mexico while their soldiers and national guards did everything to stop it. *SO WHAT MAKES YOU THINK MEXICO IS GONNA INVEST THEIR TIME AND SACRIFICE THEIR TROOPS FOR GUATEMALA?*

That's dumb to say...and specially when you say they hate us ..one time the current president if Mexico was asked who he likes more as neighboring country, and he said Guatemala...ask the other central America nation's who they get along better with and they will say Guatemala...in fact mexico likes more Guatemala than the U.S for obvious reasons...they actually hate the U S not Guatemala..you are confused...you don't know nothing...Mexicans like us alot , that they end up marrying us ..in fact my wife is Mexican, but I'm Guatemalan...lol ..you are nuts...
