Forchbahn (Forch railway) is a mixed tramway / railway line in the canton of Zürich, Switzerland. Its named as line S18 of the Zürich S-Bahn. The line opened in 1912. Within the city of Zurich, it runs on the regular tram network, but as a fast line it only stops at the most important stops. In 2004, the Forch Railway received thirteen low-floor Be 4/6 semi-trains from Stadler Rail to replace the 1950s stock. it has custom uniqe design.
