@@goreyboggs Wow seriously? That is the max price. It will be less at like amain and some other places. The jconcepts body is over $50, no mirrors, needs paint, and it's not even cut out. This is well worth it considering the other options available.

Not sure 🤔. Well worth it is pretty vague. $70 or $90 seems highly but I’m guessing Ford is getting a cut as well. 🤷‍♂️. I did own a 1:1 93 Mustang GT convertible years ago. It was a blast but insurance was really high in Michigan & I was young at the time. So I guess $90 is not bad to relive my youth😎!

@@goreyboggs It is questionable going by just the materials. All companies seem to overcharge for bodies, but comparatively it's a decent deal. Traxxas usually has some of the lowest prices in the hobby on certain parts. Just check some Losi prices, especially licensed stuff if you want to see what high really is.

I go and paint up a J concept's Fox body for my drag slash And 4 months later Traxas comes out with this. It looks so much better with cleaner lines. I may have to Change mine out for this one🙂

Greg I do enjoy the Traxxas content and the products they produce. I visited the Traxxas facility in TX a few months back and Wow. I'm glad we have them consistently contributing to RC. With that Mustang body maybe a Drag Slash should be on my list... Like button/NOS button depressed. Cheers!!!

The mustang body is nice I think Traxxas nailed it with both body's actually...I got the Red Mustang and wing and mirrors where already on the body, the black wheels look amazing....well done💯

I wonder if this would look good on a 4x4 slash. I have an older Slash ultimate and have gotten bored with it. Thought of makin it a street vehicle. Worried the front wouldn’t handle regular sized wheel and tires. Maybe the body wouldn’t be wide enough? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Hey, nice video, do you know if the drag slash can drift using the trans brake? And can it drift with the drag slicks? And will it ruin the tires? I'm looking to get one, thanks.

If I’m using a hobbywing 1080 and run my trx4 21 bronco light kit off battery power, will I still get turn signals, reverse, and brake lights from my receiver connection? I know you CAN connect it to the 1080 for power but it’s not full battery voltage so I figure they’ll be a little dim… I know some people run a BEC so surely there’s a way to get turn signals, reverse, and brake lights while running off battery voltage instead of the ESC

Even cheaper now. 300 is a killer deal. I wonder why they lowered the price so much, though? Maybe they haven't sold all too well. Hard to imagine that when it's such a cool car.

Hello I’m new to the hobby and I bought a basic rc car it’s a Baja Venom Off-Road Buggy and I messed around by lowering it and Changing the wheels and battery and I took the cars body off but after a couple of days I accidentally pulled out the antenna and messed up the circuit board when trying to fix it do you know where I can find a new circuit board

Sounds like you need a receiver. See if you can find one for your car. Or get a receiver/transmitter combo. Ebay is your friend.
