No sir. for engine oil, yes this will be a best choice in budget. Air filter is the same. Oil filter is different. U can check part number for the same in any of your previous service bill and buy.

No need to feel scared. Oil change is the most basic skill every car owner should have. Make sure all correct parts are ordered in advance before you begin to avoid confusion. Then, follow the process as shown in the video. It's straightforward for most Indian cars. They don't require special tools. If you don't have the socket or wrench as shown, you can also use the adjustable wrench like I do. Just be a bit careful while using it on plastic oil filter housing. Rest of the process is as simple as plug and play. Lastly, about the oil. It really doesn't what brand you choose, the only thing to keep in mind is the oil grade. 5W30 or 0W30. Use any one of the following and you're good to go. Don't worry too much about the oil brand if you're changing them regularly. If you only prefer 100% synthetic, then you'll obviously have to pay more. The only benefit is that your oil change interval is slightly extended. In case of non-synthetic you will have to change every 5000km or once every 6 month. But if you go full synthetic, then you can change once every year or at 10000 km. There is no other major difference you will feel as long as you're using the same oil grade.

Its better to have socket and L handle sometimes...When i started doing servicing first time in my motorcycle...I rounded off the drain bolt...it was a nightmare when I also rounded off the brake oil bolt. And the service people told me to drill inside the brake calliper...I bought a set of bolt extractor for 800rs from amazon (very rare in India) and did it myself, I enjoyed the whole process and learned a lot also, yesterday I changed my rear brake oil in bike and it brakes better....Its better to spend 100rs on socket and L handle 200rs....

​@@allsetready_CPgood work bro...company always uses Castrol engine oil...is it okay to use mobil brand? Does it cause any issue over long term? Also give part info on fuel filter and replacing fuel filter is it good to replace in 10000 or 20000 kms frequency interval?

@@vijayendranvijay4538 if you are doing regular oil change , do anywhere. But when it comes to engine,suspension or chasis components, my suggestion would to get them changed in service center. But still if u plan to do outside, plan to get OEM suspension only.

I personally don't prefer engine flush as modern oils itself has necessary additives added. Until u the change oil on time, there is no necessity for it. Doesn't mean u should not use. The thing is I don't prefer.

Have driven more than 60k km with self service bro (along with brake cleaning) . No issues faced. Using a basic obd scanner for error check when required.

@@allsetready_CP There are many things to be considered while servicing,

Try removing oil cap also and if there is no visible smoke after 15 secs and also there is no oil loss in dipstick, then nothing to worry. It's absolutely normal. But incase the the engine consumes oil then, try opening engine oil cap for a moment when car is idling. If u could see some visible smoke even after 15 sec then it's piston rings that needs to be replaced. And finallh check coolant level. If its less, check how the oil looks like in the dipstick. If u could see abnormal color, then it is blown gasket.

Check oil level bro. If vehicle did not consume engine oil(dipstick level is fine ), then no prob bro.

Car came with standard 2 yr warranty. Only after that I begun to do it myself bro. Until u have warranty better to stick with company service. Once it's done, try it urself. Actually huge improvement post changing to Mobil engine oil.(nvh, drivability and also smoke which comes at higher revs when using company oil is no more)
