@@JessFordGroup Thanks for the response. I can't believe making it weaker would be an engineering improvement, but I can see cutting costs or possible weight savings which really doesn't't make much sense on a SD truck.

Correct! Anytime you switch from 2H, 4H, and 4L, it is a safe practice to put your vehicle in park or neutral. Anytime you are switching drive modes on your Ford vehicle (eco, sport, slippery, tow/haul, mud, normal, deep snow and sand, rock crawl, etc), you do not have to put it in neutral or park!

Hi @FDAngellady! The 2023 Escape drive mode is going to be a button on the center consol. It will have a flag, snowflake and leaf on it. Once you click it, your infotainment center will change to your drive mode options! Certain trim packages and options of the Ford Edge, particularly in more recent model years, may come equipped with Drive Modes for enhanced driving experiences. I am not sure what options are on your specific edge, but your best bet is to check your owners manual! I know that isn't much help, so I apologize! We will create a KZfaq short pointing out the different drive mode buttons/knobs and where they are located on different models!

2024 f250, this is my first sd so I was lost and looking in the manual is a joke , the online one. But I figured it out . That rotor switch which I thought turned on the 4wd. Buttons for 4wd. I’m still learning . Thanks for getting back to me!!! ​@@JessFordGroup

I'm sure they'd give you 3-4 Ram 2500's, fill them all up and throw in paint protection, window tint and an extended warranty (you'll definitely need that).
