I used the McNasty customz kit. Takes lots of persuading and adjusting to get everything lined up. Still need to do final adjusting but it’s getting there.

Yes they are provided in the kit. I just had them powder coated before installing.

Charly LTC everything depends on where you can find parts. Everything I used was factory parts that I found through eBay, Craigslist and marketplace. The kit to bolt it on comes from McNastz customz, be prepared to do a lot of custom work on the brackets because none of it just bolts right on but so worth it in the end.

It’s really hard to get an exact price, would you be wanting to run all used ford parts? Aftermarket? What trim package grille and bumper. Need to get a bracket kit. Will need a new cowl and updated wiper transmission. Then paint if we can’t find a matching donor truck. I would say at the minimum you would be 8-10k into it.

Yes there is definitely some cutting involved, headlight openings, some modifications to the cowl the inner fender aprons and the original fender tabs need to be modified. Also the front of the frame needs to be trimmed also. I have a couple of videos that show what needs to be trimmed.

It is a 2000 Limited. I paint mated the lower trim a couple of years ago.

Okay I only ask because I actually just got a 2000 XLT Excursion and I want to convert it I know it's going to be a slow process for me but I'm just trying to find out what I can actually do to it it only has a hundred and sixty thousand miles on it and two owners before me but thank you your video was very helpful
