This video features a work truck strobe lights package on a Ford F-450 Super Duty Platinum truck. On this build, we have the option to flash only the amber strobe lights or a combination of amber and white strobe lights. Specifically, this customer needed additional warning light that didn't affect any of the DOT lighting such as the roof lights or the turn signals. This truck is used for hauling boats and wide loads, so we created a package to keep them seen and safe on the road.
From the front of this work truck, you can see the amber TIR-3 in the fog light bezel facing sideways. We used the TIR-3 again in the tow hook bolt cover. For the added white work truck strobe lights, we installed our Auto Flasher module to flash the DRL lights and the white mirror spotlights. We synchronized the DRLs and the mirror lights to flash in an X-pattern.
In the back of this work truck, you can see our Auto Flasher module flashing the cargo lights and the reverse lights. The TIR-3 is used under the reverse lights and our Thin-X TIR series light is featured under the tailgate. You can also see our Thin-X LIN series light in the badges which are intended for side and rear-view warning. The Thin-X in the badge also features different patterns based on which warning mode is activated.
This truck also has our popular flood mode option. When the flood mode is activated, it will steady burn the white mirror spotlights, the badges, reverse and cargo lights. The flood mode can be used with or without the warning mode.
