Hass bringing you another fairly cheap upgrade to the airbox allowing the car to breath better. Although this is a 1.5 TDCI engine this change is nice to look at and I'm sure somewhere this allows the engine to live a little longer.

Did you buy the full air box or just the lid? I bought a lid from ebay but it doesn't fit properly

I brought just the top cover , was it a UK part ?

@@ConversationWay no was Chinese rubbish so I knew it would be a gamble all the ebay ones seem to be Chinese, where did you buy yours

Yeah fairly well, I had to take the screws out the original one and then put them Into the new one , other than that , it’s pretty much identical. I’m not sure though if the MK3 and MK3.5 Had the same airbox … could be the issue if they were slightly different maybe

No , nothing at all , I have heard of some doing this though on the focus Facebook group - might be worth reaching out on the Facebook group for some advice , if you get the solution feel free to pop it as a comment 👍🏻
