Z axis is made from scrap i hawe choice alu extrusion from trash but this extrusion i hawe bay in ITEM polska external extrusion hawe gude made by 6mm rod and smal axtrusiin to take this rod in slot cariage is ale plate 6mm and W wheels in steinless like V slot bearings nema17 motor with T8 trapezoidal screew main on frint smaler cariage use U bearings for 6mm rod this is base for mowment on X and Z part last part is steel plate with TIG solder 2 rods in sides, and U bearings ti take this in movment up-down i hawe made this holder because my brither wanted 45 deg ti cut bewel or how this is named in thik sheets to soldering bether. First i use 3D software to make all parts and finaly i can mount virtualy all to see if need be something changed this help me place holes in corect position. After test plate parts i can transfer to dxf and cut with diy mil cnc machine .
