One issue when fitting a fire extinguisher is finding a suitable area in your vehicle, and also finding that spot where it can be mounted without the need to drill holes in your vehicle.

I just installed the Scrub King fire extinguisher bracket, for PX3 Ranger, XLT 21.75. I also, by chance, purchased the same Bunnings, 1kg fire extinguisher. Its shorter and stumpier (thicker) than the other two 1kg extinguisher I have, which were from SCA. First thing I noted was that the passenger seat slide handle, catches on the fire extinguisher, (I think with the skinnier versions, this wouldn't occur) this means I can't slide the seat all the way forward, as the handle is stopped by the stumpy extinguisher.

That’s awesome! Great mount. I’m thinking of doing the same, and changing it out. Some one has also suggested the Fire Stryke. Looks good but it is expensive
