2:30 If you are adding additive to the level hole, won't the fluid overflow? If there is space for the additive, does this mean that the fluid level in the gearbox was too low?

Hello, My ford s max 2009 model diesel engine keeps popping up this annoying message "transmission service requured" we have taken it to the garage and the message is that there is no problem with the gears. Can you help ouf here with what to do.

You can ask the owner of the workshop who is also the driver of this car. It has no sense to make another video for the maintenance of the same car, because it still perfect .Thanks for watch this video

Did you use regular ATF oil instead of DCT oil

we did not use a specific oil for this dual-clutch gearbox. In fact the Kroon Oil SP2072 respects the specifications Ford WSS-M2C936-9

Unfortunately, we do not yet have a network of car repairers in the UK at the moment, but we hope that we can find a valid distributor who wants to form a network of workshops specialized in the maintenance of automatic transmissions as we have in Italy!

It’s irrelevant when you change or how often the atf as the box is guaranteed to fail. Pure junk

I have a 2010 Ford Galaxy powershift with this annoying juddering at low gears too. Do you have any garages in the UK offering this remedy? Bloody thieving Ford Motor company never offered any solution to this problem in their cars.... idiots

My 2014 galaxy is doing the juddering too and I just found out it has to do with the gearbox. I have this specialist in London who's going to do the job in my car. It's in London though so not sure if this helps!
