I do use sync, but miss the days of manual shift, gauge cluster, and an AM radio. None of my old cars got 37 MPG though..

I am having this problem with my 2011 Ford Edge. My screen goes blank for a week and then reboots back up. This time it was out for a week, came back on for one day and it’s back out again. I’ve been calling the dealership but I’m getting the runaround. I’ve followed you video and still no action. Is there any other advise to get this issue fixed?

Do you have a video showing how you force the software / program?

I just did that it seemed like it was about to reboot but then it just cut back off

I was having a similar glitch. The fix is getting an updated SD card

I have the same problem on my 2011 Ford Taurus limited. I disconnected the negative terminal from the battery, pulled fuse 29 and hold power button+ right arrow and still nothing. It started doing it for about a month and for a week it came back on randomly and started working but would continue to turn back off and on. The radio works. I just can’t adjust climate controls because they are integrated into the screen. Also my interior lighting were also affected, they will continue to turn back off and on. Any advice or suggestions?? Please let me know
