Always wanted to hit the open road so we got a 2015 First Transit Connect and turn it into a MICRO CAMPER, Built out the outside and made the inside simple for our first trip. Hope you guys enjoy, Updated Van Video coming soon.....

Your design is exactly what I wanted crazy how accurate not to much bulky stuff inside just storage tons of space to sleep comfortable.

Very cool exterior of the van, had high hopes for the inside. Consider at least some insulation board for the interior, will significantly help with maintaining the temp inside.

We finished the inside after this, I have to make a video and post it! Haha my bad, if you watch the “made coffee in my van you can see I’m the inside”

id love to see this kind of build in a 2010-2013 with the higher roof. living inside the later models is weird. it's just too tiny

Hell yeah! My wife and I just bought a connect and are in the process of building it out. Kudos on the custom built bumbers! Have you guys done anything for the undercarriage? I'm worried about cracking my oil pan but I can't find any skid plates for the connect.

I made the roof rack from scratch and I didn’t lift it luckily everything fit but I do have a 1” lift kit I have to add!

I used the shape of my Cadilla CTS and just made it with card board. Then traced it on metal and welded it

We made it out of cardboard first then traced the pieces in metal and cut/welded it together lol
