Over the past 2.5 months Ron and I have slowly but surely been finding time to work on building our 2017 Ford Transit to be the ultimate backcountry & van life camper van vehicle. In this weeks video we focus on planning, building and installing our DIY subfloor. This subfloor includes aluminum support joists, polyiso fiberboard insulation, and 3/4” birch plywood. Join us as we go step by step on our build process!
This is much different than our usual content, as Ron is usually working on and building/designing things for the Jeeps, but we hope you enjoy this video nonetheless! We are very excited to have yet another form of travel available to us to bring us farther and longer adventures with some of the amenities of home. (:
