Is all the ambulance software integrated in the cars onboard screen?

Yes on all the new Mach e the software runs through the screen already in the car without the need for any additional screens.

@@MRUMedic - Yes, but it's not a Ford thing. It's accomplished via a module called a Cobalt Cube from a UK-based company called VNC Automotive. It allows you to mirror your laptop and cell phone to the OEM display. It also can allow touchscreen control of lights/sirens if desired.
