It's a beautiful property. It looks like the winter brown, but the potential is great. All the brick is exceptional.. My sis lives near there, and I am always looking. They are higher than I would want to be, but I am only looking right now. I had my house of 26 years foreclosed 2 years ago when I became disabled. So I know how hard it can be. I will pray that a good family comes along that can truly appreciate the special things you did to make your house a home.

Too Much work involved fro that price. Steps to front of house have to be ripped out and New Concrete ones installed, Propane gas, I know it is great but unless that house has some serious R40 Insulation everywhere expect a good high monthly bill for propane. I would rip off the roof then replace with Metal and go straight solar and make sure I have the ability to compensate for running this house purely on Electricity via Solar then use the propane as backup for a generator. \
