What a great coach with a wonderful personality, no wonder he was Serena's coach. He probably deserves a lot of credit for her success! Great tips. You can always can get better at any age with proper techniques, 67 and getting better. My singles partner often comments, you like a teenager! He's Asian of course, a little older and I have pushed his level up...

Sorry to tell you but he was Serena’s coach but he had nothing to do with her success. She was on top of her game before she meant him and now he is capitalizing off her name. Let’s get it right.

i am still not sure if the hand needs to go first because i seen slow motion of federer and all top players and the hips and trunk rotate at the same time. Their arm doesnt go first before hips and trunk. Also i didnt see any research suggesting this for more power.
@darkstar-dp5yr
@darkstar-dp5yr Жыл бұрын
That is my confusion too. If the arm goes first, I feel the power from the rotation of hip will not spread to stroke sufficiently.

@drerikbernard1216 Жыл бұрын
@@darkstar-dp5yr ya, but i have heard him talk about body rotation before so im a bit more confused on why hes saying this now. Normally hes on point but this time ???? i wish he could message us to clear up the confusion. I have watched even after this over and over top players and the body and arm are coming through at the same time. None of the them put their arm first before body rotation.

That's a very useful tennis lesson! It looks that this girl has learned very quickly the right technique of forehand, probably because besides being very good at it, he is also the coach who is a phenomenon in his job. I'm interested to see if it is just as simple to bring this changes also in a match; I'm a tennis player and I perfectly know the difference between make a good shot in training and do the same thing in a match. Beacuse of lately I have problems right with my forehand, I would be interested to hear a big quantity of tips about this shot. With that said, I'm a Mouratoglu's great fan and I'll watch as many videos as possible.
