Okay thanks for replying me And I got a question I graduated a bachelor law degree out side Us,but now I moved us with my green card as soon as I entered in America I enrolled a community college at present 3 semester study a paralegal career.I took English 101course.I really want to practice law in us.do I need to test a TOFEL so as to join for LLM programs.

Hi Sir, Neelam here from India. I have my bachelor's of law degree from a law school from India. In 2020 after my marriage I will be shifting to Texas and therefore had planned to give Texas bar exam in upcoming years may be 2020 or 2021. Just wanted to know how may I Qualify to give the above Texas bar examination. Will my law degree from India will be recognised/ taken into consideration. Will it permit me to give the Texas bar exam? If yes how? If not how may I Qualify?

Is it mandatory to apply for JD after graduation? I have completed my schooling last year. Am i eligible?

You do not have to apply or enroll in a JD or LLM program after completing USC Gould’s Summer Law and English (SLE) program. If you have an interest in law and earned (or currently on track to earn) an undergraduate degree from outside of the United States, then you are eligible to apply to SLE. Hy, thank you for the interest. It depends if it is really necessary. I´m still getting the first contact with the elegibility criteria to see if I can, as a lawyer in my own country, avoid attending these courses and jump straight to the BAR exam. In my primary research I have discovered, at least until now, that California allows. Is it right? Maybe I could find a job there as a paralegal so that I can get in closer contact with the legal reality there. Do the paralegals in California need a formal certification?

My original question is only related with the summer course. Do I need a F-1 visa to attend such a short course or a standard B visa is enough? Thank you.

Thank you for the clarification. For the Summer Law & English Program, you will need an F-1 visa to attend. Students are not able to participate in our program with a B visa.

he adoption of the Family Code is a victory in lawmaking, which has a vivid manifestation. Family lawyer in accordance with the law will provide two approaches to the design of a divorce: 1) Extrajudicial or administrative order, through the Registry Office. If there are no joint children and there is no dispute over property.
