This is the first time ever I have seen that a jalebi is being made starting from outside and ending at the center. In northern India, jalebi always starts at the center and moves outwards and thus, is able to maintain a perfect round shape. also, it is thinner for small ones and gradually increases the diameter of the strand as the size of the jalebi or the Jaleb increases. Hats off to the Jalebiwala letting max handle the tricky flipping over of the jalebi!
