Lucky, here in the US, I live in an area with many Keralites so we actually get Malayalam movies, and they're subtitled in English (just got back from "Forensic")...and you are lucky since even though most movies are 2 1/2 hrs long, there is no intermission here !

Hi Luke, I was going to suggest you go to a cinema and experience an Indian Movie. but you beat me to it and you there you are at a cinema. I have to say your experience is completely different to mine. I was is Old Dehli at the time, The cinema was no where near as modern as the one you are in, more like what we Brits called a flea Pit. There were two queues, one for women and children, the other for the men. I noticed everyone had their feet on the seats during the movie, but it was not until the Interval the someone kindly told me to do the same, to stop the rats scurrying between your feet!! I watched Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge a typical Bollywood musical, of which I still have the soundtrack. No subtitles but I still managed to understand the premise and enjoyed the whole experience. I am so pleased you have over 110k subscribers and living the dream, you deserve it.

No, In carnival cinema trivandrum you will get ur food delivered to ur seat you can also book ur snacks online when u book the ticket online. I think even in kochi u get ur food delivered to ur seats, so it's not only in thrissure.
