What is sisig? Traditionally with sisig, all the good parts from a pig's head - specifically the cheeks, snout, and ears - along with the liver and belly, are simmered in water and then chopped into small pieces and fried.

In California sisig cost me $27.99 the last time that I ate it. It's not even good out here, it was the best when I ate sisig in Pampanga with my family.

I tried Sisig a couple of times..but the high fat content in it turned me off a bit. It wasn't from this place..If you are not a fan of greasy fat, you might not like this.. I will say it was fairly tasty. Your Sisig, looked a bit better than mine. I tried this in Angeles city.
