Dear Samco Team and Apurva, I have been following your The Right Choices with Oracles of Dalal Street since the beginning. Have watched almost all episodes But I must say that this session with Beat The Street and Sudarshan on Corporate Governance is million dollar...!. I already have read about Beat The Street's forensic analysis many times....But today I learn from them that How they actually find it and how as a retail investor can use this. This is really Goldmine - will request to bring more such sessions especially from Beat The Street - who have really rare interviews and insights

Highly depends on the industry and deal. Generally 2x-4x is considered good. Something above 10x is considered bad. As thumb Rule compares revenue to mcap of acquirer and Target company
