So my grandma is 100 this and i know her time is so near but I ask God everyday to give me the strength when he takes her cause I can't imagine a life without her. God knows she's my laughter, joy, role model, motivation and most importantly my 1st best friend. I know when she goes she will not want me to cry n stay down but I don't know if she realizes that she was always my strength.

I lost my parents 3 months ago in a terrible accident on their way home. I've had a hard time getting adjusted to reality, I can't cry most of the time because I feel like I'm in shock. I feel so lost without them, and I miss them so much. "I guess I always thought that we had time to get older." Hits me like a ton of bricks. My nephew brutally murdered my mother😢 I can't believe my mom is gone and at the hands of the one person we trusted with her. My mom was an amazing mom. I miss her deeply. If you still have your mom, pick up every time she calls, and go see her every time you think about it. Always tell her you love her and how proud ofher you are. Don't second guess it. The regrets are gawd awful 😢

Listening to this after losing my cat back in December, god if I could hold him one more time I’d tell him how lucky we are. He was 4 years old died of obstruction. i couldn’t afford to save him and now I live with the guilt of knowing he could’ve been here today but I made the hardest decision I ever had to, I never thought the day would come but I’m grateful for the time I had with him. i was one lucky girl and he was one lucky cat. He was my son, my best friend my anchor. 🤍 thank you forest for such a beautiful song I haven’t cried since he’s left me this brought me back 🥲

The last clear sentence my grandma ever said to me, about nine months before she died, was “thank you for looking after me” as I helped her into the car to go home from a mini holiday. She had a stroke on the drive back which took most of her speech. It’s been three years and I still miss her, this song reminded me of her and the love that was there in a happy way. She was an amazing woman and I was lucky to have her for as long as I did (even if I am still a little jealous all of my cousins are older than me and therefore got more time with her).

I never expected to cry but this made me bawl my eyes out and makes me think of my grandmother who died a few years ago . I love her so much and till this day I still miss her as much as I did when she passed away . She was always there for me and she was so smart and wise she always knew what to say and do to make me feel better and always gave great advice

To be honest, I saw a clip of some social content on Instagram and the creater used your song "If you love her" as the background music. The video was a clip from Station 19 of my favourite couple Maya/Carina. I was hooked immediately and a Shazam search resulted in me finding the rest of your music. Just went to a benefit in Nashville. Bluebird….smaller than most living rooms. Went to see Hunter Hayes, who was good. But…without any shadow of any doubt, Forest Blakk blew the room AWAY. I am an amateur songwriter…but when I hear lyrics that this guy puts down, it just deflates the non-professionals. (No mirrors for monsters….DAMN YOU FOREST)… Get to see this guy in intimate settings while you can. (And don’t wear any socks…he will blow them off)..
