I am a resident of Forest City and I can tell you Christmas time is a festival in itself. Main St is closed they have live music and hot cocco and treats for families its a great time. There are also a lot of great things about FC and it's neighbors Spindale and Rutherfordton. Please come back again to see us.

Wow now this is how towns should be in America busy and interesting yes sadly some places have closed but the town is still being used . That arcade is amazing it's fantastic to see the younger kids playing the older stuff proof arcades are back . Support your local businesses people

I used to live in Rutherford County. Very nice place. Only thing; too many stores that my wheelchair will not fit. Wish I could visit some but it's just not prudent.

Lived in "N.C." over the Yrs. L💜ve the Lil' Ole' Town's and A-L-L the Cool Shop's. Didn't S👀 an Ice🍦Cream Shoppe. Kept Waitin' for you to go "Inside" the Thrift Store. 😏 Bet it'd Be Fun 😃 at Christmas Time ìn that Town ! ! Thank's . . .
