Hey man! Just wanted to drop some progress for ya! Since I bought a 100 pound sandbag in the beginning of the year, I’ve gotten up to 150 pounds for 3 reps each side of Ground To Shoulder and now at 170 pounds and starting off at 1 again currently. But I’ve found something that I truly enjoy, and it’s right in my backyard! I’ve also put on some serious muscle and weight with a calorie surplus and finally hit 200 pounds personally. And it’s all thanks to finding your channel brother❤️ thank you for putting out content my man🤝

I would train my back and shoulders a few times a week. Picking up boxes and furniture and putting them overhead on a lift gate 4-6 days a week after having shoulder pain and slight back aches. When Fall came in and moves started to slow down, I would train shoulders almost everyday. After watching many of your videos, I make it a goal/commitment to train back atleast 6 days a week. It really helps alot doing daily activities and lifting heavy weights or objects. I know what you mean by your back just feels solid. There's nothing like working out outside in the woods, open land, etc with plenty of things to do. I have 25-50lb stones that I carry around with only my fingers to build and maintain grip strength. So that's my start in the stone lifting community!

Another great video brother! Just an idea on your future workouts, but have you tried incorporating crawls and get ups? Both have so many amazing benefits, but both movements are in the often neglected transverse plane as well as more than one plane of motion. Both use just about the entire body and greatly increase mobility and joint robustness. The crawls especially work contralateral movement which has a ton of benefits for your brain and coordination. It also feels great on my back, especially if it's sore or stiff. But i've been loving doing bear crawls with sandbag pull throughs. For the get ups, i've been using a kettlebell, but will start now with a sandbag to up the challenge and to translate over to my MMA training. I've found that sandbags seem to be the best and most realistic fitness implement that carries over well for mma training imo. Hope all is well and always love seeing your videos!

I've been thinking. The sprint is basically the best full body exercise one can do. But if they weather it's lousy or life gets in the way, I might've found an alternative at home - punching bag. Both are very intense, impact-heavy (sprinting is basically your feet punching the ground), train strength, explosiveness, cardio; and of course, both are highly holistic. And both have a very practical use outside of training as well. (: It's obviously not a 1:1 relationship, but I think it's worth looking into.

@@thestonecircle I would say life not being full of unnatural stresses like bills, social media, working a 9-5 and not living in a world where the food and water is contaminated with plastics/toxins due to excess human pollution would definitely leave people in a better baseline mental state. Also I would say our large society is unnatural and being in a smaller village/tribal setting is more mentally healthy for a multitude of reasons. I don’t think our brain is designed for a lot of the shit the average person experiences in modern life hence the fact that the majority people seem to suffer some sort of anxiety and or depression issue. I could go on and on, I’ll cut it off now lol.

@@thestonecircle we definitely have a shared passion. It really does make me happy to see you make this video. You are sharing with Soo many people a forgotten method of pursuing mental and physical health. I'll always put faith in Jesus as the most important part of life, and after that I believe that being active outdoors/training in nature is the most powerful way to strengthen our mind and body. This video is top quality. I know this requires extensive work. Thank you for putting in sooo much time/effort to create a video that will help people experience something Soo great.

@markcarpenter4049 That's my favorite part of your videos, the passion! The shout of triumph after you complete a lift is something that can only come from someone who's really passionate about it, someone who believes in what they're doing. I really respect that, it's rare to see true passion like that 🙂 Thank you for all the support and motivation you've given me over the last 2 years!

Hey awesome!! I usually warm up in the same way I would for any heavy lifting, this video goes over it if you're interested! kzfaq.info/get/bejne/jayZoLmE38_WYn0.htmlsi=qaAlL7r7QySpcxVv I also usually prefer to put carries after some kind of other heavy work which helps with being warmed up

Lazy, unoriginal attempt at trolling. The person who made this video has found something he is passionate about which just happens to keep him fit while many people in the modern world are either unhealthy in some way , obese, or spend most of their time indoors; and also runs his own business unrelated to fitness, and is sharing his experiences with anyone willing to watch in case they find some benefit out of it.
