I was 15 when I met my husband - he was 19. That was 5 kids, 7 grandchildren and 37 years later. This song is amazing in so many ways that I can't begin to explain but I hope that y'all have as much of a life as we've had. I fall in love with him every single day.

@@dylanedwards268 Sometimes it just works. We are definitely in the minority and it was a different time. We were raised in church and taught from a young age that when you marry, you marry once and truth be told - I was lucky, I found my once in a lifetime love at a very young age. Some people go their entire lives never having what we have so were we young? Absolutely! Would I change that if I could? Absolutely not. Our lives were definitely harder but here we are ALL these years later. I love him more than the day I met him - didn't think that was possible lol.

When I first met my wife, I called her that night and told her I loved her. I thought for sure I would never see her again, but I took that chance. We've been together for over 30 years now. I wish I wasn't so damaged that I could have had children, but life has not been kind. When my mother murdered my baby brother, my life headed into a downward spiral that I was lucky (or not) to have survived. If I had passed that on to a child...

@@Christian4everish he hit play as i stepped into the apartment, he turned on twinkling fairy lights as well, and the fireplace was on. He had his favorite photos of us hanging from the ceiling on glittery ribbon. We admired the photos together, and then he said that he loves me and wants to spend the rest of his life with me. I still remember the song lyric that played as he got on one knee..."I give you my life from now till forever"

this is a great song. and i will assume a great artist as well. but for weeks ive known only the three amputated lines with no other context than a diamond cartel. it shows up in my ears so often that i should probably inflict a diamonds ring worth of damage to my surroundings
