JTBC, one of Korean cable broadcast channels made an audition show titled Phantom Singer (I'll say PS) to make a quartet like il Divo from Korea. Forestella is PS 2nd season's winner. During serious covid period almost every concert was canceled so JTBC could invite all the groups to the show Phantom Singer All Stars (I'll say PSAS) and filmed it with online audience. There were only a few celeb guests and the competitors on the site. Forestella made this Shape of you in various languages because they wanted the audience to feel of world trip vibe, hard to go due to covid situation at that time. JTBC didn't release their Shape of you video for abroad (however you can watch the JTBC version on a fan channel) so KBS and MBC versions are being used for reactions.(KBS, MBC both are Korean public broadcast stations) This video is from MBC Music Core which invited many Kpop groups and artists of various genres. Even the audience came to see their artists other than Forestella, they got cheered for their fabulous performance!
