Omg!! This is one of my favorite episode with Lacroix. His backstory was absolutely intense....and Divia....what a child. Thank you, Kristin, for this video!! ❤

Absolutely 💯! I too thought Lacroix back story was intense as it was interesting. A very powerful duo with Diva (albeit evil and completely without compassion). Way to go Kristin, another excellent video! 👏🙂🥰🦇🧛♀️

One of the best lines from the show is when Lecroix comments that if he didn't know better, he'd say she had grown. 😅 That really embraced the fans as being in the know and nodding along with the actor.

Still, after everything, LaCroix wanted to save her....and it shows also the love between Nick and Lucien ( sometimes I use his first name, in moments like this)

Divia knew, her father loved her. He would never betray her. He would, despite being infinitly stronger would never hurt, let alone kill her. It is a folly of every female of every species that SHE is invaluable, like a precious jewel. She forgets, sometime an empty jewel box is more precious than all the treasure on this planet - including immortality. I am such a father.

I wonder if she was his step daughter. It would seem less disturbing also he Selene, "where is your daughter"? That could just be a way to phrase OUR daughter, but he foes say YOUR daughter, nonetheless

Never understood she gets decapitated but comes back to life and then just dies from a stake. Should be the other way around

Can't be so sure she died from the stake vs just being incapacitated. Remember Lacroix came back from being staked at least a few times if I recall? Burning is best chance to stop her regenerating over time, but who knows for sure?

The vampire lore was always a bit inconsistent in FK sadly. Burning the ashes seems to help, but even LaCroix came back after being burned up, so who knows... there was also a seal keeping Divia in her tomb for 1,000s of years until it was broken.

The decapitation was fatal but she was in the tomb on her maker the ancient one. She specifically says his evil sustained her. She was placed in his sarcophagus which healed her (over 2000+ years)
