Hello Yvonne, Forever no-cut transfer paper only works with toner based printers.

When printing with an OKI C711WT Printer, using Forever Laser Dark Transfer paper on an all white design, I am getting a distressed look when I peel off the heat transfer from a 100% Cotton shirt. Sometimes it is ruing the design in that a big chunk of the design/lettering comes off, and thus ruining the shirt. I am super cautious pulling it off, just as outlined in your video. I feel maybe it was a setting issue when I printed the design initially or a setting issue in the RIP software?? I would like the design to be a solid white, not a distressed looking white. I am using the RIP software and had initially configured as outlined in your videos. Any suggestions?

Heat Press setting should be between 250-265(F) for 30 seconds with medium pressure. Remember to allow the A-foil sheet to cool before removing.

My print on on the a sheet from the printer isn't as solid as yours. It has some freckles with less color on it. But i have got a good laser printer. Is it maybe a problem that the printer hasn't got a transparent paper setting?

Your "freckles" issue could be related to humidity. Make sure your operating environment is between 40% - 60% RH for best results. This issue could also be related to media type/media weight setting or a bad image drum (if using an LED-based printer). If a transparency setting is not an option, then select thick or heavy stock media. As long as toner is bonded to the page after printing, you should be good to proceed to the marrying/weeding step of the process.

Hi I recently bought some Koala heat transfer paper from Amazon thinking I could start printing from my Epson Stylus R3000 and I had to cut around the image. It looked so unprofessional. Once I heat pressed it and then I had to put it in the wash it came out all ripped and screwed up! Can you tell me how to create a heat transfer at home but one that I can sell? Do I need special inks? The paper you’re selling is definitely on my list.

how do we prevent glue inside of transfer sheet. Sometimes I get small spots of glue around image.

If excess emulsion appears (spots around the design), it usually means you are using too much heat or pressure. Try reducing your press temperature 10-degrees first. If emulsion dots still appear, then reduce heat press pressure by 1/2 turn or 5-10 psi.

You can produce a "white only" design with FOREVER Laser Dark (No-Cut) LowTemp paper. However, you use a White Toner printer and you must physically print white in order to transfer the design. Here is a related video that explains the process: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/bp1jnpuJxq20eIU.html

This printing is done with a "White Toner" color laser printer. These printers use white poly toner as the "last color down" to create an underbase white for transfer paper printing to dark-colored fabrics. If artwork is designed correctly and raster image processing (RIP) program is used, then white can be both an underbase and spot color. Popular models for this process include the OKI C711WT, OKI Pro8432WT and OKI Pro9541WT printers.
