When your stroke has a width profile the scissors create the same width on each side of the cut. Is there any way to keep the width profile the same just split in half?

My Scissor only cuts when i point it at an anchor, so i always need to set anchor points everytime i want to use the scissor. Is it just a setting thing, to enable using the scissor the same way you do?

A Quick Question : Does the scissor work if we click on an anchor point? Like in the circle what would happen if I click on an anchor ? (Sorry I don't have access to my laptop at the moment)

You can use the Scissor Tool on a specific anchor point and nothing seems to happen, but when you select the Remove Anchor Point Pen Tool it will remove the segment of a shape that joins up with it. Hope this helps Prithu :)

You can go up to 'Window' at the top of the screen, and select 'Stroke' to view and edit stroke related properties.

Nope, only on complete/closed paths can the stroke alignment be changed.
