The tight 5 is formidable, the loose trio is absorbed stacked and the backline is lethal, when roigard jordan and taukeho come back it will be a thing of beauty this team especially with razor at the helm

Bro you obviously havent done your homework on the front row, its been an absolutely revelation over the last year or so remember in the wc final the ABs had perfect parity with the boks even with jordie barrett at flanker. When taukeaho comes back we will have 2 world class hookers and an absolute freght train as back up in asafo aumua, bell and ricatelli are high level hookers who will be on standby for any injuries that happen. In the props we have 2 140kg plus beheamoths in tamaiti williams and toosi, then loamax degroot and newell who have all have gone toe to toe with the boks and never gone backward. And to finish it off we have the new and improved Ofa Tuangafasi who has been dominating scrums all season in super rugby. We have some relative weakness in some areas but the front row is absolutely staked with talent this year. Also 2 very high level props in bower who has also gone toe to toe with the boks and numia who has been extremely impressive in SR this year. They arent currently in the squad but will be on standby.

Why complain who the captain is? Remember Ardie was the captain previous. Maybe he declined it. He will still play a big part in every game. So please just support and accept the group.

Their front row needs no improvement 😅they matched the boks every scrum in the final. Between Williams and the new Tosi thats both 1.95 and 140kg any front row is going to have a hard time competing with that

All of there props and hookers are athletic ball runners and workhorses to bro, they gonna be hard to contain

He was not snubbed . He was not in the country playing rugby this season. He was on a sabbatical in japan. He is one of the vice capt. He plays better when not burdened with the captaincy.

Hoskins looks good when the game is loose.Very sketchy doing the tight work and is dodgy doing defensive work. At least that's why I don't think Robertson picked him.

Savea should be captain, he is the peoples choice based on numerous NZ public polls, but Razor went with someone he worked with previously so that is it

People's choice does nothing for the team. Barret and Razor know each other and can be open with each other. Savea is vice captain, that suits him best, gives him freedom to play. Great choice.

Personally i think Barrett is an alright choice, as i think Savea should just do what he does best. Like he might dip in performance with the added pressure of captaincy. its a bit like Etzabeth whenever he is selected captain temporally.

Probably never heard or even know any brown players who have Captains New Zealand All Blacks throughout their career. Wayne "Bucks" Shelford, Taine Randell, Tana Umaga, Aaron Smith may have missed a few more
