Take it one day at a time. AA is great and has gave many who are struggling like you the support they need. Keep on working at it. Imagine how your life would be like without alcohol and remember the main reason your quitting alcohol.

Hallo there 🤗 sending hugs. Maybe start small and graduate with time. If you drink three, reduce to two, then reduce to one and then reduce to zero. My favourite food is protein bars. That's what I did, now I eat fruit with whey protein shake, no more protein bars. I learned a product which contains ingredients that you can't pronounce and are not in your kitchen, you need to run away from that product. So I also make it difficult. Never in the house, only fruit and berries. All the best

Yes, the choices we make have compounding effects. If you don't out the work in you'll never see success. It's not easy, but if it was easy, everyone would be doing it.
