Exactly… I have been using my password for fours now , yesterday I updated the phone and since than they are telling me my password is incorrect and the phone number option that I am been given is a number I no longer use ( I am really frustrated)

anyone in 2021? Im using my sister's old ip7 and she forgot her password id. I did the forgot password method, they send the code via phone nums and email and evrything. But then they said "Wait for few hours" or " ...Next day" until they send the email tell that the waiting is over. Help please.
