I have a question for you about the sealing sound when I open the jars. It is so quiet. There is hardly a suction sound compared to other brands. Is this normal? I’ve used 100 lids so far and all seem to seal, but that sound is missing when I open the jar.

As long as the lids are popped down and make a sucking noise.When you open the jar they should be absolutely fine.
