Where can you find the rebuild kit? I keep searching but can’t find a specific one for my cbr 600 09 I found other kits

just say to make sure that nut on the top of the damper, the thing the cap screws onto nut is 10.8mm down from the top of the threads. When you service the cap, the nut tends to works its way down the threads and if you dont check this, reinstalling the cap you will find the rebound flat head screw only goes 1.5 turns in. This is not mentioned in the service manual from what i can find. Damper nut threaded length = 10.8mm from the top of the damper rod.

Does abs make a difference? I would have to remove my abs sensor to get my right fork out. Is there anything different in this process or will it all go back to normal after I rebuild and install

Hi, I’ve a question, what’s the fork oil measure for each one fork?

Just wondering how would i check oil level when refilling if spring is already in.. would measuring it out be accurate enough since you didn't take apart the lower or do you compensate a little less oil

But you never oiled the bushes and sliders and also you never bleeed the air out of the damper rod

Whatever you do do not take your bike to this guy. Your forks are going to be uneven because the system was never bled. You have to take the spring off to bleed the inner damper. This is total blow and go. Probably charge $250 and didn't even do a thorough job
