To see grown men roaming around the hallways looking at their cellphones as students were massacred by a punk kid was disgusting.

They were clueless except when it came to officer safety. Watching them stand around the hallway with their weapons in hand waiting for something to happen instead of making something happen. Their training is pathetic and unsuitable for the environment in which they generally find themselves but their brains prove to be inadequate when things get turned up.

In there defense the Police only had 390 fully armed cops present with tactical body armor and shields and most were just there for more overtime. So give them a break.
