-Why he blames former Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery's office for the failure to convict anyone in the 2015 'Freeway Shooter' investigation.
-The 2019 highway stop for going 90 miles per hour - and getting off with a warning after flashing his badge.

Career cop is probably not a good thing right now. Satisfying court monitor needs to be #1. Not adding federal duties and legal fees. And not walking in Arapio's footsteps.
