Well we got curious and wanted to see what the highest score ever was in GH, and we found it was a bit higher than 20.5 mil. So we decided to try Mercyful Fate and get the highest score with 4 guitar players. Me and headstrong missed easy phrases which would've boosted our score even more. max points on TTFAF are under 1M, Mercyful fate is over 1M, but who knows since the GH3 score system is different to GHM or WoR

@TheDiktus All of the songs were wrote by Mercyful Fate, Evil is not a band, it is a song performed by them. This is a collaboration of many songs from Mercyful Fate performed by Metallica.

@lucasaworks No. This was part of Metallica's cover album Garage Inc. James Hetfield sings this song, and Mustaine never sang in Metallica. Mustaine was supposed to be lead and rhythm guitar, while hetfield solely did vocals.

Can anyone explain to me why the notes in the middle right are moving faster than the three others playing? The others seemed to have the notes slowed down.

If you are referring to the note streak, that is for the entire band. So if someone missed, their note streak is erased, but the others remain. So if everyone is on a 1k NS, if one person misses, the total gets erased to 3k.

I did the math, and since the song lasted about 666 seconds (from 0:16 to 11:22, based on when the song starts and ends, not on first note.), their score was going up an average of 31,406 points per second. Just putting that out there for anyone that wanted to know.

I then got all my friends interested (My closer friends) and then we all got PCs and it we were all happy and joyful :D... but seriously, they're not the same...

@sharkstranger I don't know entirely what you're saying here, but no it's not a hack. It might appear glitchy since it's on Nintendo Wifi connection, which can be a bit laggy. But this is not hacking whatsoever. Multipliers can reach up to 11x in this game, if that's what you were asking for.

@bbforky Has anyone done 4 Expert+ drummers on From the Blue? I mean, I can get almost 1.4 miliion on that solo, and some of the highscore are even higher. Where as Mercyful Fate's highest solo score is barely over 1 million. That would probably come close to 25 million as a full band.

In Guitar Hero Warriors of Rock and other late GH games, you are allowed 4 of the same instruments to play at the same time. So we had four guitarists playing at the same time. If I spliced the video from 4 separate runs, the score would not make sense as it's pertaining to all four fretboards rather than one. Get your facts right.

Well I don't know about 360/Wii boards, but I know the highest score on PS3 is 21,504,826 as 4 Expert guitars on Take a Picture, still, this is the highest documented score.

uhm that the "full HD" from the xbox and playstation is actually upscaled 720P is a fact. Or did you really think a console could handel BF3 1080P with 60FPS?
