What an amazing man, watched this 3 times, I related to Michael that much that it has lead me to follow all his social media, I left him a message and he has took time to reply and said we will speak properly in the next few days. No ego, this shows what the 12 steps can do for somebody, this is the result if you work them. Absolute inspiration

Two absolute gentleman. Great to see someone genuinely being open and honest and providing support for people to get help and to be listened too. Coming from a 25 year old male there is definitely more we all need to do to change the stigma about getting help. Ive recently put out several adverts out on diffrent platforms for anyone to reach out during this lockdown just for someone who is here to listen. Would love be part of something like this or start up my own project. Keep up the good work guys 👍

Been a huge fan of Anything Goes podcast for over a year now & while I keep up with all the new ones, every now & then I go back a few years & pick random episodes with "non celebs", people I've not heard of/don't follow on social media.. this was one of those random choices & what a diamond find. Nothing gives more hope or inspiration than to hear from others who at least appear genuine & real, sadly have relatable pasts, who've got sober & turned their lives around. Michael is an inspiration, he's honest, open and tells it as it is. He's been able to do what so many won't do, accept and change and he draws you in because of his honesty. Anyone who goes through what he did, comes out the other end and then goes on to help other people should be applauded. Good on you Michael, you're living proof that change is possible ☮️

Tried ur channel today....wow I sent this to my son his 18, I was in tears listening to this interview with a hang over, I'm not a alcoholic but I relate to doing stupid things when drunk and I know in my heart I should not drink to be happy with me. And that sentence " I just wanted one sober adult to be there for me" now I'm not a drunk at all but I smoke weed everyday. And this is my first day without weed coz I want to be that sober adult for my son. I know people say weed is nothing, well it takes u out of the room when your in it. U are not present in relationships.....and this is the most honest thing I've ever written on a channel. Thank you, tell your guest he changed someone's life today 😭😭😭😭❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Michael, you are an inspiration your mum mum must be very proud of you, I've struggled with alcohol for for years, but each time I watch this podcast I get a little bit of strength from the both of you, one day at a time.

Great guest I can relate to every part of his interview had much some problems from start but clean now 18months after been on all sorts drugs from 10years to 41 so best of luck to him🙏 well done James nothing but the best👍
