omg this man's story reminds me so much of my own. For an entire year, I went to the gym & became completely OBSESSED with working out. I did 250 FLIGHTS of stairs in an hour. At the time, I was 38. On top of that, I had a very strict vegan diet. I also lifted weights. That adrenaline he speaks about, the obsession is something I felt everyday. Than something happened that triggered me to stop & I am now, a year later totally depressed. I think the things I saw on the news got to me. The big TV at the gym played that continually but I should of kept going REGARDLESS. My kids were so proud of me & I was proud of myself. I guess, it's never too late to start back up again. Thanks for the inspiration!

To use a metaphor, a graphic metaphor reminiscent of David.... Actually forget it, I'm not going to do that, it would definitely throw off your focus. I'm just grateful for this interview, this clip is more motivating, then your average 1 hour "Motivational Speaker".🤓
