Former prime minister Liz Truss has lost her Norfolk South West seat to Labour.
She secured 11,217 votes while Labour's Terry Jermy received 11,847.
Ms Truss became the UK's shortest-serving leader after her disastrous mini-budget sparked a market meltdown.

Miss Trust lost by 630 votes to Labour Candidate. It's all thanks to Reform Party that took her votes and paving way for her rival. Yes, she is standing there in Deep Shock because, she probably didn't bother to examine her and her rivals votes before the announcement by the Returning Officer. No doubt, she did look at the votes piled up on the table and could see that, her and the rivals votes were stacked up of similar size and, hoping for a Miracle.

@@user-po2qb6cm9q because the ‘don’t give Labour a Supermajority’ BS actually worked enough to shave percentage points off Labour and Farage coming out as Putin’s best mate made enough Reform votes switch back to the Tories. If the Supermajority garbage and Farage’s clanger had not happened instead of the vote being 34/24 it would have stayed at 38/20 and Ed Davey would be Leader of the Opposition.

well, if the tory party hadn't fractured into Reform and the rest of the Conservatives then she would have won easily (Conservative + Reform = 11217 + 9958 = 21175 >>> 11847 = Labour). This is why First Past The Post ("most votes wins all") is a broken election system, however this time around it is broken in the british people's favour because we needed the tories out out out
