🇵🇭 Another inspiring moment I shared with my employee during his non-formal job interview. Looking back 2 years ago, I graduated with a degree and was refused for a job that I studied for in 5 years because they are looking for someone with "experience". I applied in like more than 20 companies in a span of 1 year, still I was unable to get a job even with proper documents. I end up applying for call centers and giving flyers.
Looking at where I am now, I feel so humbled to experience getting into the lives of these people who are looking for work, for a permanent job that can help their families. Having this privilege gives me more compassion towards humanity and motivation to do better to be able to give back to the community in a larger scale. My favorite words to say nowadays is "You Are Hired"
You can have the best strategy and the best business in the world, but if you don’t have the hearts and minds of the people who work with you, none of it comes to life. No experience requirement, no educational attainment requirement, no age limit whatsoever. What I care about is the character of the person. 💪

Maturity, his maturity is already at it's peak. He is already good at making decisions. I would admit when I was his age, I do not have the same manner of thinking until I reach my 30's. He learned and experience difficulties at a young age thus maturing early at this age.

Great and glad, the pensioner is allowed to work with their own accord....Still, discrimination exists???.. I always think the same Sir Basel...when I go back to pinas and start my business. I will also not look for experience. You are right you can learn anything with proper training. I did not know anything when I migrate to United States. But I learned everything. So, when I become a Supervisor. I also do not look what state in their Job Application. This is a new way of interviewing an applicant... so casual, the reality will always come out. Rather than too formal interview that sucks! He is right experience may come in a right training. What is important is the attitude because nobody can teach your character. Nice one bro!!!
