They didn't think this through. TikTok is a global company, why would they sell it just because the U.S market wants to ban it?? After the ban in India we learned nothing really replaced TikTok. This is not gonna go anywhere.

It's a hostile takeover since there was zero proof just hearsays fanned by Taiwanese entities likely. They call the data leakage but essentially Google T&C shows they can do whatever outside tracking but did not get harassed for such power

This guy is delusional and corrupt. He was the one pushing for the ban so he's the last one they would sell to if they would even consider it. Second, it's a clear violation of my rights as a citizen as I have the right to consume content from any source and share my information with anyone.
