They don't get the Domination mission tree, but they're a very powerful tag. They're a good formable, but the Ottomans are stronger, as are the usual suspects for best end game tags like Russia, Mughals, Persia, Germany, Mongolia, Rome, etc.

NVM I found out lol, just park 1k on the capital and it wont progress
