Picture one walking n enjoying the bird's singing n hearing the wind breeze by you enjoying the open view, n all the sudden you hear this Loud Growling Sound coming closer to you, the bird's are gone btw.. Ahhh the sound of a 800+ open headed V8 Beast is Bliss to my ears. 👍👍😎

RC cars do good with water. Except when the battery gets over heated or if it gets punctured. If you think oil and water don't mix well wait till you see how Lithium and water get along.

@Tin Watchman Obviously not a laughing matter, but a sensible transition advancing along with new technology would make more sense. Pandering “Governments” mandating compliance before Industrial production can possibly keep up with demand is ignorantly short sighted and driven by money / greed and power hungry elites. Green isn’t “green” as it’s being marketed. The environmental impact of mining operations for precious metals and various other natural resources will most likely destroy the planet equally as fast as fossil fuels / ICE’s, but the “World Leaders” will be able to say… we really tried! If you could lock the suspension in a neutral state just as you enter the water and unlock it when you find purchase, I bet you beat everybody who hasn't figured that out. The trouble starts and ends with the front-end suspension. It is doing as it ought on land, but on water. These suspension motions are extraneous and wasteful.

Man, that's easy. My CR-V RD1 did that the other week. I mean it did the exact same thing. Minus the paddle tires, horsepower, roll cage, and being able to float on water... ok, well... it wasn't the same same thing but close enough.

Hydroplaning is what keeps the vehicles from sinking. Speed and low-pressure tires is what helps hydroplane. And paddlewheel style tire tread is what allows the vehicles to maintain forward speed on the water. The tire tread throws water backwards which helps keep the vehicle moving forwards. Equal and opposite reaction and all that. They have to be going fast enough when they hit the water to hydroplane. Once they stop hydroplaning in the water they sink.
