The remote included with your device may differ in appearance.
🚨BEFORE FACTORY RESET
Factory resetting the device will delete⚡️ all user data and restore the system back to factory state.
Please write down any information you need prior to the factory reset,
because otherwise all personal data, files and settings may not be recovered.
Do NOT⚡️ remove the power from the device during this procedure.

Doesn’t search for my wifi anymore.. did the reset but didn’t fix anything.

Method 2 does not work for me. When I press the “1” - nothing happens, the device continues to normal startup with associated “LeanbackLauncher has stopped” error.

I have tried both the "Red Button" method and "Channel Up using USB " method and its a complete failure. I am not happy with this box at all. This is the second time it has happened to me in 3 months. I got lucky first time around but this time I have been at it for 3 days without any success. Why this box has no physical button in the back to RESET is beyond disbelief!!!!! The software upgrade releases are so buggy and unreliable. It feels like you are taking a chance every time there is one available.

mines stuck at the screen at the 6 second mark wtf so I just pushed the blue s button with a oval and it works wtf
