100 percent facts I always say that going all electric shouldn’ be the right move yes we can have electric cars but we shouldn’t just get rid of gas cars or hybrid cars i feel car manufacturers if they want to move on from all gas cars but people still want them they should offer more hybrid cars and i have sat in a hybrid car before and it was one of the smoothest rides i have ever been in and i really like the way it drove so I feel manufacture’s should look more into hybrids and not just focus on all electric cars

I had one of these for 6 months and it was great! It actually saved my life! I was hit at 80 to 90 mph by a Dodge Charger and then the occupants of the charger fled the scene, I survive many injuries but stayed alive! I can’t wait to get another one when I get over this recovery! I miss my 2021 Hyundai Ionic! I would love to win

@@mybro727 120k miles on mine with no issues and nothing but basic maintenance. Had a F250 and a ram 1500 before this and both had to be in the shop more times then I could count. I’ll take a functional car with basic materials over a POS that can’t go 20k miles without wiring harness and sensor issues.

My mom has this car and it the only downfall is you have to run the 4 cylinder engine to use heat :) , living in Canada so we do use it often in winter

These cars are actually lovely to drive. I took part of my mechanic internship at a certified Hyundai, BMW and Porsche shop. Worked on and drove quite a few of these, really enjoyed it. Except installing the hitch, that shit's crazy difficult.

I foresee the Ioniq Hybrid models holding their value on the used market for years to come. Hyundai had an absolute winner in the books with this model. Huge huge mistake dropping their Hybrid line and going all in on EV. The charging infrastructure just isnt there yet in America, this is still the most practical option for so many people. 700 mile range is nuts and will convert many people in middle America who otherwise cant drive an EV because of range issues.

As an owner of the 2019 model, i can vouch for everything said in this video. Thought about upgrading to the newer model but i couldnt find a real reason to. Especially since i found a way to to Adnroid Auto wirelessly wihtout the newer head unit. All in all a well rounded car that can get you from point A to B on a 9 hour drive from state to state.

I’m late to this video, but this is the car that was just on the news for having a massively expensive battery and the guy was complaining because his battery needed to be replaced outside of warranty. Comments we’re saying that it was unfair that the dealership didn’t back him and replace the battery even though it was not under warranty.

I have 17’ they’re great till you need parts for it. Even simple things like shocks so you must just try to plan maintenance ahead of time. Took me 6 months to get new shocks. Aside from that the car has been amazing.

@@JollyJuu I have both the model x and model x plaid and I did not pay that much the plaid was roughly around 89,000 which me and my girl went half on then I traded my Mercedes that I personally owned and I traded it for a regular model x, and I had to make another payment of 12,000 either way any car is realistic you just have to turn your hustle up ⬆️ gotta go beyond and beyond and grind outside of your comfort zone, anything is realistic and possible it’s up to you to make it happen tho

@@JollyJuu same here 💯💯 I’m only 20 I’ll be 21 in August, I lived in Trenton Nj it’s only like 9 square miles like it’s very small and when I first started like I didn’t have anything I didn’t know what to do nothing, then I was shot 15 times mistaken identity that set me back, then it was like I had to start all over again, I found a little hustle than as time goes by a little turns to alot, now I’m touching about 30 to60 thousand almost every week 💯💯 You can do anything you possibly want, you just have to dig in start off small find a hustle that fits you and just keep striving never give up if nobody believes in you I do!! Because I’ve been there 💯💯🙏🏾🙏🏾 I believe in your process

Some people don’t realize that to get those full 60mpg you have to accelerate so slow. I had this as a rental and if you want to get on a freeway. It’ll take you 20 seconds to just get up to 60mph normally. If you accelerate fast it’ll take like 15 seconds but ur gas goes down a lott

I have one though mine is the SEL trim, you will not get 700 miles highway, you'll get like 350-400. Which is still great considering the small tank. The base trim is more efficient than the higher trims.

I bought the new genesis g70 at the Hyundai dealership and they sold it to me at the price it was at.. $52,900 it ended up being $61,000 after tax title and license… I put literally $0 down.. 10 year 120,000 mile warranty.. can’t beat it with a baseball bat.. and I smoke 100k cars all day long… it’s the launch edition… “ if you don’t spin you win”

Lol 10 year 120,000 mile warranty… been launching that car since day 1… no issues what so ever

Strictly highway, at SOCAL speeds, will lower the MPG considerably. Still very efficient, but no at efficient as in the city

Okay I REALLY want this now lol. The 16 mpg on my 2006 Ford Escape Limited (that only has a 16 gallon fuel tank) is getting old. I move two feet and it seems to go from full to 3/4.

My friend had an Escape and the thing was honestly not as practical as it seemed at 1st glance. Fuel economy of a midsize truck but smaller than a midsize SUV. Like why does something that small get 16mpg!? Even 10 years ago it wasnt a great option lol.
