@@jorge15266 he took it off after like 50 tries at messmer. Then replaced it with a useless crit attack boost and put on the lion head which makes his already pathetically weak +5 even weaker forsenInsane

There's a DLC only scaling mechanic, you collect fragments and they power you up exclusively in the DLC zones. Of course Forsen skipped all of them so he's doing pitiful damage (and it's going to get much worse, Messmer isn't even a lategame boss).

My favorite part was where he realized the frost affinity on dryleaf arts +19 made it do more damage and increase the scaling better than standard anyway, confirmed it verbally out loud, read in chat that it does more damage and then took it off because int bad. And of course he does not know that frostbite status effect lowers damage absorption by 20% This is the mind of a 140 IQ professional speedrunner multiple genres
