Top tip! Get in the swimming pool! It'll help massively, stops it seizing up. I torn all the ligaments in my shoulder & had operation on it, couple days in the swimming pool I had full movement again

I crashed in a cyclocross race over a year ago, low speed landed on my shoulder and ripped a few tendons. Still haven't got full movement back now! :) Good luck with your recovery Tommy. Wear armour!

I rode fort bill on the bank holiday. Didn't do the downhill trail as took the hardtail just did top chief, the blues and wild goat. The skill level of some of the younger riders that weekend was insane. So amazing to watch them and see the next generation of rider coming through. Wicked video as always. Hope you heal quickly🤘

I did something similar up at Fort Bill 4 weeks ago, washed out and came down hard on my arm and shoulder and somehow ended up with a broken toe too. Almost back to normal now and hoping to ride up at Pitlochry in the next week or two.

Issa brutal one that bridge!! when i went i pinged my back wheel off the same spot and got a reet drift round that corner after it, remembered from then on not to take it wide. Glad it wasnt too bad and you didnt do much worse with you not wearing armour and that, brave man going with no armour there!

Was on my own apparently someone found me wondering the trails and got help. Anyways still feeling out of it now Friday. How long until u started to feel bit better. Feels like I'm hungover!!

Heck, that's a biggun. Don't take that concussion lightly, take her easy for a bit. Jordan Boostmaster had a big off with severe concussion, even though he thought he'd shaken it and was back riding again he was still noticing effects weeks later and took some time off again to recover. Hope the recovery goes well for you man! 👍🏼

I just recovered from tearing the ligaments in my shoulder. So shit not being able to ride. My physio recommended I do lateral raises as my shoulder went dead(in a sling). Take it slow as chill as it’ll be a weak point for a while
