dude u literally helped me so much I m taking algebra 2 in 10th and my math teacher goes way too fast and doesn't do enough problems so we can get the hang of it- and i was so confused . I felt like crying and panicking with anxiety bc I really had no idea to do and was abt to give up. This helped so much. Like thank You. And you r really energetic and make it weirdly hilarious - lol in a good way thg :)

3:20 I also like putting a positive on the left sum that is a factor, and then the negative that is on the right side! The reason why is because I want to keep my graph (parabola) from left to right. My left side factor has a "plus", and if I put that quantity as a linear equation, it will cross "-" of that number, which is also on the left, and the same with the right, but with the "minus" sign!

In this case 3:25 I am the optimistic person then, because I like to put the positive sign in the first factor first.

You and me both Aakash! I like the technical reasons 4 putting the positive first! I never realized or looked at it that way! Thanks 4 the insight! 👨🏾‍🏫😀

+michael nwankwo I don't believe the math objectives on the HESI get this deep. However, the cognitive skills needed to master this concept can help you on any exam.

Videos can be factored. Umhm. So here we go. Let R stand for the # times I had to Rewind the video to learn this. So: R^2 +9 = (r + 3i) (r - 3i). When, if ever, I get it, R will stand for Red-boxing it.
